InsidePredict is a data intelligence and analytical platform. We are not a broker-dealer, financial intermediary, investment adviser, or cryptocurrency exchange. We do not facilitate trades, execute buy/sell orders, hold custody of user funds, or offer personalized investment advice.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
When accessing our website and public endpoints, you agree not to:
- Execute denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our WebSocket nodes or servers;
- Circumvent rate limits, bot detection protocols, or authentication headers;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source algorithms without express written permission;
- Use automated scrapers at aggressive frequencies that degrade system performance for other users;
- Resell or redistribute raw aggregated orderbook streams commercially without an active Pro API agreement.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary user interface designs, charts, aggregated metrics, research articles, logos, and trademarks displayed on InsidePredict are the intellectual property of InsidePredict or its licensors. Public market prices and exchange disclosures belong to their respective exchanges.
5. Subscription Plans & Payments
Certain advanced features—such as full L2 depth tables, customized WebSocket subscriptions, and historical data exports—may require a paid Pro subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for millisecond-level telemetry accuracy, InsidePredict does not warrant that data will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely synchronized, or immune to exchange upstream API downtime.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall InsidePredict, its operators, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses—including loss of profits, trading losses, liquidation penalties, slippage damages, or data loss—resulting from your reliance on data or articles published on the platform.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. Notice of substantial modifications will be made by updating the date on this page. Your continued use of the Service following modifications constitutes your binding acceptance.
